Mr Martin Speaks Out!
Another incident involving a County Deputy harassing a civilian, violating his Constitutional RIGHT to travel freely to and fro!
A Jasper County Deputy (Drug Intervention Specialist he claimed to be) pulled Mr. Martin over on North Halleck Street at approx. 5:45pm on 03/29/2012, yesterday, for an alleged traffic violation! He asked for his license and ordered him out of the car for an inspection. Mr. Martin immediately announced his relationship with “good law enforcement” yet this Deputy still moved forward with intentions to make an arrest using the traffic stop to seek out a much more punishable crime, inevitably to extort money from Mr. Martin, dragging him through the legal system mercilessly! In fact, he (the Deputy) acted as if he was on drugs and in a trance! Programmed to ASK QUESTIONS AND ARREST!!! He claimed his (Mr. Martins) eyes looked beady! This Deputy does NOT know Mr. Martin, THEREFORE he has nothing to compare his looks with! (We are CONFIDENT he and other Deputies say the SAME thing to EVERYBODY to JUSTIFY their illicit and illegal actions! To MAKE AN ARREST and JUSTIFY IT!) He questions Mr. Martin beguiling him into believing he is looking out for his best interest yet humiliates him and further harasses him to jump through hoops by doing “tests”, in fear of being further subjugated to blood withdrawal and arrest! He told Mr. Martin, “If you pass these tests, I’ll cut you loose!” Cut him Loose from what? Mr. Martin felt directly threaten and in fear of his life and freedom by the actions and words this Deputy used! Mr. Martin does NOT TRUST law enforcement what so ever in these surrounding Counties and WILL REMAIN IN FEAR, because of THEIR CONTINUED ACTIONS! This Deputy also asked Mr. Martin if he was to be taken in for blood work, would he pass or fail for drugs? ( Mr. Martin is NOT a doper or a drinker yet this Deputy insisted he was!) Yet another threat and harassing statement for there was no good reason for this treatment. Mr. Martin is in his 50’s, a well respected, lawfully connected, law abiding citizen who this Deputy was TRYING TO MAKE him into something he is not so that AGAIN, he could be dragged through the system, humiliated and punished all in the name of extorting as much money as they could from him and his family, under color of law! Not to fail to mention abusing unlawful authority as THEY are suppose to be OUR CIVIL SERVANTS! Would you LET your cleaning lady treat YOU this way? NO, she would be FIRED! We firmly believe that the Sheriff’s Department (in both Newton and Jasper Counties) both of The Prosecuting Attorneys Offices and the County Court’s all ACT as a localized criminal gang unit who work in collusion, to carry out these nefarious and illicit acts, violating our Constitutional and Human Rights!
Mr. Martin clearly OBJECTS to this behavior and unfortunately out of fear he could not do so at the time this crime was committed!
It was said that the Martins will be contacting the Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office with this documentation for if there is any other further retaliatory behaviors or actions taken against Mr. Martin in any way, shape or form, a TORT CLAIM will be in order! This conduct is unacceptable at ALL levels and these Deputies should be reprimanded and taken off the street with direct ORDERS from the top Public Servants, “entities” that should KNOW BETTER CONDUCT, unfortunately, we believe, their CONDUCT is no better! We believe the Sheriff is well aware of the unlawful procedures and tactics, the Deputies use! Until PROVEN otherwise! From now on, LET their actions and conduct, precede their images! This is outright tyranny and a police state of which we clearly OBJECT too!
In closing, Mr. Martins credibility by his repeated attempts in documenting these unconstitutional acts trying thwart unlawful behavior s and actions far out weighs that of ANY and ALL Public Trustees in the surrounding Counties by leaps and bounds, for in the event Any “good” attorney (defense or not) could and should be able to depose anyone of them with the right battery of questions about their protocol, actions and tactics and simply PROVE to the Court that they are unfit for street duty and perhaps some of them removed from their jobs totally!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME MR. MARTIN WAS HARASSED BY A COUNTY DEPUTY, GOING TO STORE FOR MILK! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO ANSWER TO THEM FOR WERE WE HAVE COME FROM OR WHERE WE ARE GOING! IT'S NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS! WE OBJECT TO THIS BEHAVIOR AND TREATMENT!
It's funny how this Deputy said to Mr. Martin, "you're on drugs"! First of all the Deputy is NOT and expert ! Secondly he does not know Mr. Martin! Thirdly he was lieing to justify his further attempts to harass, humiliate and "try" to incarcerate, impoverish and further ABUSE Mr. Martin! and lastly, What happened to innocent until proven guilty? MR. Martin was innocent, yet FORCED to prove his innocence over this horrific event that this "warped Deputy" manufactured in "his own head", something Mr. Martin will never forget and wil remain in fear for his life over!! That's called DAMAGES!
We truly believe that because of All these documented events we have listed here and at are other links listed above, A serious Criminal Psychological Review of ALL PUBLIC TRUSTEES should be in store questioning their demonic actions as we clearly listed! Once it is professionally found that they are unfit, they will be forced to be removed from their positions as we the "Executors" DEMAND! Perhaps incarcerated!? For these INTENTIONAL ACTIONS are seriously heinous and socially unacceptable!
It is now fair to say we have done All that we can, requesting peaceful help! It’s now out of our hands and into theirs…..and God’s as well!
To those “in the know” this is a spiritual thing! There is no in between! There are evil forces intentionally working against us and those that are Godly, of which they here are for us!
Once you open your eyes, it becomes all the more clearer of who’s who? We really don’t need an EXPERT, to point them out! As we have been told only the most intellectual and alleged honorable people within the county know what it means to be put on notice! It’s not only a physical thing but spiritual as well! Perhaps we will see how lightly they take this!
More people need to learn to OBJECT to the actions and behaviors they are being tricked into tolerating! Simply for the reasons we just stated!
Another note to ponder: Show me ONE attorney who’s afraid to go to store and get milk or travel anywheres, in fear of being harassed by the police!!! ??? WE do not believe there is such a person, unless he’s an Oath Keeper and others are out to get him, because he’s about to testify against “them”!! No we don’t believe that exists! Something is AWFULLY suspicious going on!!! Or is it ALL unethical, illegal and deceptively in disguise?
Literally there are miilions of people across America on Disability and or medication due to an accident, injury or sickness! They HAVE to travel to get their medication and groceries! Medication a Doctor prescribes and TAKES responsibility for! Certainly they would NOT have it, If they didn’t NEED it, or he didn’t GIVE it to them ! Locally we probably have hundreds if not thousands of people who meet that criteria! Now its bad enough that they have their own personal troubles to deal with in their lives YET, our so called “establishment” now has come up with some tyrannical way of exploiting these individuals by intentionally harassing, further impoverishing and punishing them, adding insult to “injury” they already have? All said and done, under the color of law! This IS Psychotic!
An Emergency Meeting was held today, 03/31/2012, as we discussed how to further address this situation at hand. It has unanimously been decided that we will be seeking out a Criminal Psychologists/Psyhciatrist to do a Profesional Evaluation of ALL of our documentation we have gathered and the ACTIONS of our Public Trustees! We are confident, they will be able to put together a REPORT deeming the following personnel in our surrounding Counties a "Social Nusiance" acting WITH INTENT, to be a "Detriment" to the "Greater Good" of our society and neighborhoods!
EXTRA NOTES:
We want to give applause to our local volunteer fire department for the hard dedicated work they do. We encourage people to donate! In fact we hope and the people of the township come out and support them! With that being said, one of the local volunteers, is friends with a family that continually and cowardly, harasses and stalks the Martin Family. In fact, the volunteer has a son who is a Deputy! Instead of advising these menaces to mind their own business and grow up and conduct their lives in an orderly fashion especially when they have kids to set example for which they have no concept of because they are too busy drinking! We believe that he supports their efforts to continually act in such a demonic fashion, just by association!
Why do we mention this, because it time we use peer pressure to OUST these types of people and go after their nuisance behaviors tactfully! Class, honor and dignity will always outweigh the socially unacceptables, especially those who act out and or threaten violence! Especially those who work under “color of law”!
One last note, our local ambulance cost approx. nine hundred dollars for their cab ride to the hospital YET, they are not equipped with a camera to take pictures of damages and or injuries of the victims they assist! Which is PARAMOUNT, in helping them along, especially when legal cases will more than likely be pending. This is a travesty and detriment, REGARDLESS of what other departments do! This truly is a no brainer! Deputies and Troopers should carry cameras as well to take pictures of “damages” and "injuries“ to further ACCURATELY document all sorts of incidents! We have PROVEN that obviously their WORD, carries no weight, nor is it intended for, the person in need, the "VICTIM"! We have never personally witnessed a more dysfunctional system yet they ALL run around proud, in their uniforms or whatever tagged name or title they were given! Exercising, in many cases, authority they really don’t have! They are Public Servants or Trustees!!! Unbelievable! The few that have class and integrity KNOW exactly what we are saying!
This is comparable to a real life "three stooges" only real people are being hurt, extorted, intentionally impoverished, picked on and punished, harassed, incarcerated, etc. all over complete unprofesionalism and lawlessness which stems from the TOP!

In Memory of Officer Edward L. Barron
I remember it like yesterday
It happened on or around 80th and Colfax as I recall
I'll never forget coming home from a pizza restaurant in Calumet City (I think it was called Barnaby's)........I was sitting in the back seat..... Hearing the news come over AM Radio stating that he was killed! My dad was a Chicago Police Officer! My dad took off work that day, to be with us! I guess that’s why he still is here! Because Edward Barron took my dad’s spot! The next morning I remember crying holding my dad’s leg saying, "Dad please don’t go to work they're gonna kill you!" This damage remains till this day! And obviously, a Chief of Police remembers it quite clearly, as well as he shares his thoughts!
All because of a senseless demonic act! The "Perp" was trying to OBTAIN something illicitly and forcefully! Sound familiar? Only what we are dealing with is done, under color of law! With equal or more devastating consequences!
We MUST REMEMBER, this is when Policemen where REAL Police MEN!
AND NOW ...I (We)have to worry about cops (sheriffs, judges and attorneys) acting exactly like the criminals that we speak of here adding more duress and taking quality of life away from me and my family! TRULY this is a travesty and a discredit to put it mildly, to the greater community at large and the credibility and TRUST of their professions!
Further more, as we’ve been told, IF you EVER hear a report of any public servant or public trustee at the brunt of any similar event out here…more than likely, THEY Provoked it! Not that it makes it right, but as many say, sometimes you get what you ask for! The TRUTH rules!
